Ways To Achieve Healthy Lifestyle

Hi everyone! I am Lesley Mae R. Ojastro, 16 years old and a grade 11 student from St. Jude Thaddaeus. I am going to share to you on how should we achieve a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise and eating healthy foods. Before I begin, we should first know what is healthy lifestyle all about. Well, healthy lifestyle is practicing good health habits. With healthy lifestyle you can only get positive reinforcements out of it such as feeling good. You will have more energy, looking good, sleep better, and you can have healthy hair and skin. There are 2 major factors that I'll be talking about today- healthy eating and exercising.
